Taruhime Falls
A natural site also known as the land of poetry
Located next to Taruhime Shrine at the foot of Mt. Oizumi-yama, there is a 10-meter high waterfall. The trail which runs from the waterfall up the mountain is marked by 20 stones engraved with poems by famous writers such as Matsuo Basho, Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothes if you plan to walk up the trail.
