Located in the foothills of Mt. Amigasa-yama (one of the peaks of the Yatsugatake Mountain range) at en elevation of 1,400m, Sozo-no-Mori park in Fujimi Kogen Resort has an observatory that offers a panoramic view of some of Japan's most famous mountains such as Mt. Fuji and Mt. Kita-dake. Walking to the observatory is good exercise, but if you find the ascent challenging, the resort provides self-driving sightseeing carts you can use to reach the top without breaking a sweat. Fujimi Kogen Resort is barrier-free. Anyone can enjoy the ride, including small children, elderly people, and even your pets.
