Fujimi Kogen is a skiers-only compact snow resort located in the foothills of Mt. Amigasa-yama in the Yatsugatake Mountain range. This ski hill boasts one of the largest Kids Parks in Nagano Prefecture. The large 'Kids Land' features a sledding area, snow strider (bikes) area, inflatable game area, and an 'animal theme park' with alpacas. The slopes are wide, so even first-timers can ski easily. There are a few lodging facilities close to the slopes that offer advantageous packages that include lift tickets.
