We’ve been running this hotel while serving Japanese creative dishes since 17 years ago when it opened. Our specialty is a beef stew that we strew for 3 days. On top of that, the best moment is when the jazz singer sings Kazuyoshi Saito's rendition of “Tennessee Waltz”, while playing the piano.
