In order to prevent traffic hazards caused by snow accumulation and avalanches during winter, the following roads have been closed to traffic during the winter season.
Please note that the closure period may change depending on weather conditions.

Route 299 (Märchen Road)
Closed: 11:00 a.m., November 16, 2023 (Thursday) to 11:00 a.m., April 18, 2024 (Thursday)
(Suwa side) Kitayama Sendagari, Chino City – Kitayama Mugikusa Pass, Chino City
(Saku side) Mugikusa Pass, Sakuho Town, Minamisaku County – Chiyosato, Koumi Town, Minamisaku County (Forestry Center)
