Autumn leaves at Shirakoma Pond are now at their most beautiful

The autumn leaves of the dodan azalea at Shirakoma Pond in Kita-Yatsugatake, 2,100 meters (6,889 ft) above sea level, are now at their peak.

It appears to be 10 days to 2 weeks later than usual.



The Shirakoma Pond parking lot has been full since morning, and there is a long traffic jam waiting for parking. Please use the free shuttle bus from Yachiho Kogen Ski Resort on Saturdays and Sundays.
