EPI is a renowned bakery located up at 1,200m in the Tateshina Highland area. They sell oven-baked pizza and a wide variety of savory bread and pastries.
Their main focus is on the ingredients, which are top-quality and of guaranteed provenience. Flour and butter come from Hokkaido, while pork and beef are locally sourced in Nagano prefecture.
As for the vegetables, they mostly use their homegrown products. At the end of the day, though, what makes the difference is the bakers' high standards and skills, and at EPI, they don't lack those either.
