Homemade flour, domestic millstone ground Gen-Soba. We serve Soba made from millstone ground 100% buckwheat flour by using fresh buckwheat and spring water from Yokoya-kyo. You can try the Soba right after the grinding, cutting and boiling, and experience how good it is on the way down. You can also take a Soba cooking class.(Reservation required)
